What we keep,
and why
Short version: we hold what we need to run your booking and to tell you about future events. We do not sell it. Ask and we delete it.
01Who we are
ARC International LLC, Daytona Beach, Florida, is the controller of the personal data collected through raceaplane.com. Contact hello@raceaplane.com about anything on this page.

We never see or store your card details. Payments go directly to Stripe, who hold the card data under their own PCI-compliant systems. We receive only a payment reference, the amount, and the last four digits where Stripe shows them.
03Analytics — what we do not do
Our analytics are first-party only. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no third-party tracker and no cross-site profiling. We record a random session identifier held in your own session, the page path, the referring site and your device category. Your IP address is not stored against a pageview. Because none of this is shared with anyone or used to follow you around the internet, we do not need to interrupt you with a cookie banner.
The only cookie we set is the session cookie that keeps you signed in and protects forms against cross-site request forgery.
04Why we are allowed to hold it
- To perform our contract with you — booking, waiver, event logistics.
- Legal obligation — tax and accounting records, and safety documentation.
- Legitimate interests — running the event safely, keeping our own records, and first-party analytics that do not profile you.
- Consent — marketing email, which you can withdraw at any time.
05Who we share it with
- Precision Exotics LLC — the names, vehicle details and waiver status needed to run scrutineering, allocate instructors and keep you safe.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Our email provider — to deliver confirmations, waivers and event news.
- Airport and event authorities — where required for airside access or by law.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers. Being a small list of people who own interesting cars makes it valuable; that is exactly why it is not for sale.
06Your rights
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything wrong.
- Ask us to delete it — subject to records we must keep for tax and for the validity of a signed waiver.
- Unsubscribe from marketing in one click, from any email we send.
- Object to processing, or ask us to restrict it.
Email hello@raceaplane.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also see and update your own details at any time in my bookings.
07Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Administrative access is password-protected and role-limited. Payment card data never reaches our servers. Backups are held securely and access to personal data is restricted to the people who need it to run the event.
08Changes
If we change this notice we will post the new version here and, where the change is significant, tell the people on our list.
